Mango Tree has served Thai dishes for over Twenty years. With the inspiration and belief of its C.E.O. – Mr. Phithaya Phanphensophon, that every guest should be treated as if they were coming into you ' re your own home. He shares this with every guest through his passion for photography and a large display of cameras spanning many eras that can be seen as you enter the restaurant.
The restaurant building itself is in a Thai-style home from King Rama VI, located in the heart of Silom Road area, with a big mango tree standing in the front yard, from which the name of restaurant originated. The restaurant, decorated with wooden furniture and fresh flowers, gives a cozy atmosphere, like dining at home. The courtyard outside is shady, breezy and pleasant, especially with evening live classical Thai music and beautiful dancing performances.
Mango Tree ' s menu offers a wide variety of selections, from today ' s popular Thai dishes to traditional dishes, from all regions. All dishes are created from a careful selection of ingredients, sauces, and herbs, and from the chefs ' culinary expertise in Thai cuisine. These have made Mango Tree become well-known among both Thais and foreigners. Besides the original location in Soi Tantawan, on Suriwongse Road , the restaurant has expanded to offer its delights worldwide, spanning places such as London , Tokyo , Kuching (Malaysian ), Dudai and Macao
Mango Tree Bangkok, can seat up to 200 guests and is divided into three areas: Kiew Sawoey Pavilion, Nam Dokmai Pavilion, and the al-fresco courtyard area. The restaurant is open daily from 11.30 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Po Tuon - Stir-fried seafood in chili paste and coconut milk, seasoned with herbs
Yam Som-O - Pomelo fruit salad is dressed in Thai traditional salad ingredients, sprinkled with roasted beans and shredded coconut to further enhance flavor.
Shrimp Pad Thai - Pha Thai made from Mango ' s secret recipe, with big shrimps wrapped inside a golden omelet, is served with crispy fresh vegetables.
Pla Chon Chao Wang - Crispy and golden fried Serpent head fish, g la zed with a sauce of young coconut, chilli and tamarind served with fresh vegetables.
Choo Chee Goong Nang - Large fresh water shrimp stir-fried in Choo Chee curry sauce. A sweet and spicy delight!

Mango Tree wines . We have wines that are specially made for us that compliment all types of Thai Food. Mango Tree Reserve and Mango Tree Special Reserve red wines are imported directly from Bordeaux , France , aged in oak barrels offering a medium body wine with a light finish. Our Mango Tree white is a Fumio made and imported from the famous Castello Banfi in Italian hills of Tuscany .
