Eating Vegetables follow the season
 
The Eastern people believe that a good eating must be matching with the season, and it?s good for your health.
 

        Human’s body is composed of 4 elements: Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. They have their own characteristics and natural. The elements in the body are changed following the other environments; foods, action, emotion, and weather. When the season is changing, the weather will follow changing that can be made you have a fever because your elements can’t change fast enough to control the balance in your body.

         So eating the right vegetable will help to prepare your elements for the changing weather.
        
        
Summer (February-May)
        
         In summer, the weather will be hotter than the other season that makes effect to the water and earth element in the body that make you have a head age or tier or thirsty or constipation or internal heat or less and dark yellow urine.

         The vegetables, which have a bitter taste, a sour taste, and tasteless, will help to reduce the heat.


         Raining (June-September)
      
        
In rainy, the weather will be cool that will effect to the wind element. The wind element is the inconstant element. Then when it is effected from the cool weather, it will be bad for health; flatulent ion, low fever, sickness. In this season should eat the spicy food


          Winter (October-January)
         
        
In this season will effect to the water element. The water element is the most elements in the body that make you have a fever or sickness or hardly to move. Then the spicy taste, bitter, hot, and sour good for health.
